Ontrak is led by co-founders Adam Sciannimanica and Benjamin Healey. Clients work directly with the people diagnosing the workflow, recommending the change and delivering the result.
Why Ontrak exists
Founded in 2025, Ontrak Automation brings operational experience and hands-on technical delivery together in one consulting team.
Businesses often carry the missing work between systems through copying, checking, follow-up and individual memory.
Ontrak starts with that real operation. We map the hand-offs, test what deserves to change and implement a controlled response where the evidence supports it.
That response may be a simpler process, better configuration, an integration, automation, a focused internal tool, or a decision to leave the process alone.
Meet the founders
Adam and Ben share responsibility for understanding the operation, shaping the response and making the implementation work in practice.
Co-Founder & Director · Since 2025
Adam leads discovery, process mapping and client delivery. He brings 19 years with Fire and Rescue NSW and an accounting degree from the University of Wollongong to the controls, accountability and real-world hand-offs behind every recommendation.
The work matters to Adam because he can see how much useful time and value gets left on the table when processes do not join up.

Co-Founder & Director · Since 2025
Ben leads solution design and hands-on technical delivery. He brings more than 27 years with Fire and Rescue NSW, including over 17 years as a Station Officer leading crews, emergency incidents, safety, training and station operations, alongside earlier military and engineering-trade experience. At Ontrak, he applies that operational discipline to diagnosing problems, designing practical automation and overseeing software delivery.
He cares about turning a messy operational problem into something people can actually use, trust and maintain.
